Farm Life Blessing #19

Guest writer: Doug Sattazahn

One of the best things about farming is the workplace environment. My brother and I make our own daily schedule (as the cows allow). I get to be outside most of the day when the weather’s nice, and when it’s not, we can find plenty to do inside. Sure, there’s a lot of hard work, but I would much rather have it that way then have to do someone else’s bidding all day. In general, being in the barn milking cows or guiding a tractor around the field are enjoyable places to be. Farmers like me are blessed to work in such places every day.
